How can I change an existing order?

Cancellation of your order is possible as long as it has not yet been shipped

Are products in the shopping cart reserved for me?

Unfortunately, we cannot reserve items in your shopping cart. Your order is only secured once you have successfully completed your order.

 

 

SHIPMENT


How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the size of your order. We'll show you the exact costs transparently during the ordering process, so you always have an overview.

Shipping is free within Switzerland – regardless of the order value! Shipping is free for all other countries for orders over 60 .

How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. From the shipping date, you can expect your order within 3-4 business days, depending on availability.

How can I track the shipment status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email from us with a tracking link. This allows you to track the current location of your package at any time.

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation, please check your spam folder. We recommend checking your shipment status regularly so you don't miss the delivery of your order.

 

 

RETURN

How can I return a product I don't like?

If you don't like a product, you can of course return it within 14 days. In this case, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the full value of the goods.

How can I exchange a product?

If you would like to exchange a product, please let us know in advance. Then return the product to us at your own expense. Once we receive it, we will be happy to send you the replacement product you requested. We will only charge the additional shipping costs.

How can I return a faulty or incorrect product?

If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or not as ordered, we will of course cover the return shipping costs.

Please send us an email with your order number and relevant photos to support@beekidz.ch so that we can process your return quickly and easily.

 

 

DISCOUNT CODES

When can I redeem discount codes?

Discount codes are only valid for special promotions – either directly from BEEKIDZ or through our partners. They are generally time-limited and can only be redeemed during the order process. Please note: Only one discount code can be redeemed per order.

Can I apply a discount to my order retroactively?

Unfortunately, retroactive discounts on orders already placed are not possible. We ask for your understanding.
